STRENGTH, HONOUR AND COURAGE

Our Football development initiatives aim to empower local communities by enhancing athletic opportunities for youth and promoting physical fitness. Target audience encompasses teenagers aged 13 to 18, particularly those from Maori, Polynesian, South American and Pākehā backgrounds Programs focus on Football sessions, which foster teamwork and leadership skills.

Community impact extends beyond physical health; active participation can reduce depression, increase self-worth and sense of belonging. By keeping youth engaged in constructive activities. Workshops and mentorship from local athletes/coaches provides role models and establishes pathways for personal growth and development. Expected outcomes include improved self-esteem, improved self worth, and increased overall mental state. This coupled with the creation of a supportive community environment. Will foster quality individuals who thrive when challenged.

COMMUNITY OF WELLNESS PROMISE

They can also play a significant role in community development, supporting local initiatives and providing opportunities for young people to get involved in the sport.

Football has also become a powerful tool for promoting social inclusion and diversity. Across the world, football clubs are working to break down barriers and promote equality, using the sport as a means of bringing people from different backgrounds together.
